Overview:

Our mission is to be an integral part of our clients’ litigation process by delivering value, innovative solutions, technology, and best-in-class service with data security. As an Account Executive, you will maintain existing relationships and develop new ones with law firms and attorneys to drive revenue and sales growth, exceeding your goals.

This position is fully remote but requires onsite visits with clients and attendance at industry events as needed.

What you'll do:
  1. Sell deposition services and technologies to new and existing clients
  2. Host virtual and onsite presentations demonstrating Veritext products and solutions
  3. Listen to clients’ needs and concerns; find mutually beneficial solutions
  4. Track sales activities using Salesforce, including call reports, work plans, and opportunities
  5. Stay updated on Veritext products, services, policies, and best practices; provide feedback to leadership
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to meet clients’ needs and ensure excellent service throughout the sales cycle
Who you are:
  1. 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience (paralegal experience considered)
  2. Self-motivated, results-driven, creative, with strategic sales skills
  3. Proven success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
  4. Strong technical and analytical skills; eager to learn new technology
  5. Effective presenter capable of demonstrating products in a user-friendly manner
  6. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  7. Professional, timely, and courteous
