We’re looking for a Product Manager for IoT Platforms and IoT eSIMs, who will be accountable for driving our IoT product. This critical role will leverage a candidate’s ability to balance their deep understanding of customer needs, technical background in networks/technology, and understanding of the IoT connectivity landscape across platforms offerings/strategies and business units.
What You’ll Be Doing
- IoT Platforms (Cisco Control Centre)
- Cisco control centre platform experience.
- Manage the consumer self-serve portals for connected cars.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including conceptualization, development, GTM launch, support, and sunset activities.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey and experience of the IoT platforms.
- Manage various new vendors contracts and addendums.
- Participate in governance forums for funding releases and executive presentations.
- Manage the connected cars solution requirements, roadmaps, and evolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, even with ambiguity or limited resources.
IoT eSIMs offerings- Execute the connected cars, eSIM, and hardware roadmap including feature enablement, network enablement, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Define customer needs, build business cases, secure funding, and collaborate with teams across functions to launch products.
- Explore partnership opportunities with IoT eSIM vendors to enhance our connected cars strategy, including evaluating partners and defining commercial agreements.
Connected cars Strategy and Roadmap- Implement the connected cars roadmap, including feature enablement, network enablement, and enhancements.
- Define customer needs, build business cases, secure funding, and work with cross-functional teams for product launches.
- Identify and evaluate partners to enhance connectivity platform strategies, and manage partnership launches.
Support Sales and Marketing- Assist marketing with product marketing activities, GTM strategies, communications, and collateral.
- Support sales by providing product training, participating in customer meetings, and deal support.
What You Will Bring
- Experience launching telecom products such as networks, features, and platform partnerships.
- Product management experience in industry and eSIM platforms.
- Familiarity with Cisco-Jasper Control Center and other connectivity platforms is a plus.
- Technical background in e-SIM, IoT networks, mobile networking, and mobile technology.
- Strong customer focus, business acumen, and understanding of connectivity technologies like VoLTE, eSIM.
- Proven ability to launch products from start to finish and facilitate prioritization across business units.
- Experience developing business plans, including business cases, cost/benefit analysis, revenue forecasts, and contracts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving profitable growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week at 333 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON. Up to 10% travel may be required.
