What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful candidate experience
  • Hire across both technical and non-technical teams, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, assess talent, and build high-performing, values-aligned teams
  • Conduct initial candidate calls to evaluate fit and motivations
  • Develop and drive a People and Workplace approach that aligns talent strategy with company goals, supports growth, and builds a high-performing, engaged culture
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions into the company and specific teams
  • Support People Ops initiatives focused on strengthening team culture and engagement, including events, offsites, and moments that reinforce our values and ways of working

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Proven ability to run structured hiring processes and deliver great candidate experiences
  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking around hiring, culture, and team building
  • Empathy, discretion, and a people-first approach to decision-making
  • Comfort with tools like ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and basic HR systems
