About the Role
We are seeking a dynamicTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts across all divisions of the Club, manage the applicant pipeline, and support onboarding, orientation and integration processes. You’ll also play a key role in promoting the Club as an employer of choice through campus engagement and innovative sourcing strategies.

How will you create impact?
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and maintain an active applicant pool
- Coordinate job postings and external recruitment efforts
- Represent the Club at career fairs and educational institutions
- Support hiring managers with interviews and candidate screening
- Oversee onboarding, background checks, and new hire documentation
- Facilitate new employee orientation and HRIS data management
- Provide guidance on policies to the new hires and hiring managers
- Ensures compliance adherence including immigration laws when hiring foreign workers
What is your Education, Skills and Working Experience?
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or customer service-oriented environment
- Well versed in handling seasonal high-volume recruitment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus)
- Strong in learning evolving technology tools e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams etc.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
