Base pay range

CA$50,000.00 / yr - CA$100,000.00 / yr

Job Description

1. You will be responsible for selling jobs daily as they are scheduled to you. This includes attending appointments, building rapport, selling our benefits, and closing at a minimum rate of 45% on all qualified sales. Follow up on these sales if they don't close on a daily/nightly basis to close these jobs.
2. Hours can begin as early as 8am and go as late as 9pm depending on the time of year, e.g., Mon to Thurs 11am to 8pm; Fri optional; Saturday 9am to 5pm; Sun off. Work hours MUST be flexible. Saturdays are almost a must. Expect to work about 40-45 hrs/week in the slow season (Oct to Feb) and 50-55 hrs/week in the peak season (March to Sept).
3. This is NOT a typical 9 to 5 job and will require you to be available whenever the phone rings. If you seek a job with specific set hours, this role may not be suitable.

Employment Requirements

1. 3 years sales experience
2. Experience in trades is a bonus but not required
3. Basic computer skills
4. Ability to work in a hectic and constantly changing environment
5. Valid driver’s license and a car that can be driven at all times of day
6. Pass a criminal background check
7. Must be able to work in Canada
