Position Description:

TOP 3 Must Have :

1. Strong experience as solution architect or enterprise architect
2. The candidate must be a former hands-on developer with at least 5 years experience with programming
3. Strong knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure is a plus)

TOP 3 Nice to Have :

1. Experience in implementing, scaling, and maintaining solutions
2. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
3. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence and inspire across organizational boundaries

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• At least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE or Python, with the ability to develop prototypes or POCs as needed
• 4+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture)
• Strong background in data architecture, including integration, analytics, and governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns, with practical experience leveraging them during development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of designing and implementing solutions
• Experience in ideating and scaling innovation programs and fostering alignment between IT and business teams
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence and inspire across organizational boundaries

Skill Desired:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar
• Experience with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management
• Implementation-level knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence
• Strong database skills, including relational and semi-structured databases
• DevOps experience covering CI/CD pipelines, container usage for deployment, and observability tools
