This Role:

Quadbridge is seeking a Microsoft Solution Deployment Architect to join our team in Montreal. Your role will entail designing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of Microsoft technologies and solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable systems, while acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Customer Needs: Analyze and understand the customer's technical environment, business requirements, and goals to determine the optimal deployment strategy.
2. Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and document comprehensive deployment architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
3. Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Microsoft technologies and solutions, including infrastructure, applications, and data platforms.
4. Technical Governance: Provide guidance and support throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
5. Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues during deployment.
6. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of architectures, processes, and solutions.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure successful deployments.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and improve deployment processes.
9. Technical Strategy: Contribute to developing strategies aligned with business goals.
10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders on solution design and implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure, M365, and Security solutions.
• Ability to design and document complex deployment architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and French.
• Mandatory Certifications: Microsoft certifications (AZ-500, AZ-305, AI-900, SC-900).
• Mandatory training: Microsoft Copilot Fundamentals (Generative AI).
• Relevant experience in deploying Microsoft technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (CSP, MCA-E, EA).
