Job Description
Banquet Houseperson
As a Banquet Houseperson with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will help create memorable events for our guests by supporting the Banquets team.

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.25/hr CAD

Your Job Duties Include

• Set up function and meeting spaces as per the Banquet Event Order
• Support department assisting food & beverage outlets, including setting buffets, staging events, and theme décor
• Build, set, serve, and tear down coffee breaks
• Communicate, anticipate, and cater to group conveners and guests during their stay
• Support in-house audiovisual suppliers (PSAV) as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta driver's license required
• Proserve certification required
• Food & Beverage experience is an asset
• Previous banqueting or convention houseperson experience preferred

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with Canadian work authorization.
