Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities and will be responsible for performing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves organizing small events with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior leadership team members as required.

·Maintain and update schedules and coordinate meetings.

·Book travel, make hotel reservations, and manage itineraries.

·Organize and optimize workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for increased efficiency.

·Support marketing activities related to social media, branding, and marketing materials.

·Provide administrative and office support, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and basic bookkeeping.

·Assist with social media posting and management.

·Assist with project management, conducting research, and creating presentations.

·Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.

·Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

·Completion of post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in Administration and/or Accounting.

·Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·Experience working with accounting software applications.

·Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

·Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bilingualism is an asset but not required).

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·Must hold a valid Canadian driver’s license.

·Must have Canadian residency.

·Must be bondable.
