My client, a dynamic, family-owned manufacturing business with a £75m turnover, known for operational excellence and strong supplier partnerships, is on a journey of growth and modernization. They are making their first strategic investment in a dedicated procurement function. They are seeking a commercially minded Procurement Manager to lead this transformative journey.
This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead a procurement function from the ground up. You will bring strategic structure, cost savings, and best practices to their purchasing operations while maintaining their agile and entrepreneurial culture. With over 300 suppliers and £18m in spend under management, your impact will be substantial.
