As a Customer Sales Support, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interaction, resolving support issues, selling new products and services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle sales responsibilities, from prospecting to closing sales and maintaining customer relationships
  • Attend daily training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on products, services, and pricing
  • Use your product knowledge to actively listen to customers and offer tailored solutions
  • Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, effectively presenting products and services and building rapport
  • Identify potential customers through direct outreach and follow-up to build and grow your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and share insights on how to improve customer engagement and sales performance
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to foster long-term relationships and trust with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently striving for high performance
