POSITION OVERVIEW
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supports customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. It requires interacting with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues, sell products and services, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to work each day.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
