POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

What Does a Work at Home Contact Center Representative Do?

This position supports customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. It requires interacting with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues, sell products and services, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to work each day.

Our entry-level Contact Center Representatives are responsible for:

  1. Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues
  2. Using systems and technology for account management tasks
  3. Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade
  4. Explaining and positioning products and processes
  5. Escalating customer dissatisfaction appropriately
  6. Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Reliability with good attendance and punctuality

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
