A day in the life

1. Forecasting, planning, analysis throughout the lifecycle of the project
2. Prepare a comprehensive material list for the project
3. Preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders
4. Communicate with Site Supervisor / Foreman in issuing, coordinating and tracking deliveries / purchase orders, etc.

What we are seeking

1. 3-5 years with General Project Management/Construction knowledge
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Understand direction and be dependable to follow through
4. Microsoft Office
5. Ability to read drawings
6. Organizational skills
7. Attention to detail
8. Ability to work in a team environment
9. Added benefit to being bilingual (English/French) as we do work on either side of the Ontario / Quebec border.
10. Added benefit to having experience in below grade waterproofing, traffic coating, spray products (insulation, etc.)
