Job description

We are looking for a Senior Project Executive for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Remote within the National Capital Region (NCR), Gatineau-Ottawa and the Contractor must use a remote SAVE-D account and work from Canada only. On site ad hoc services might be required.

Mandatory requirements:

• The bidder must demonstrate, by using three (3) project descriptions, that the proposed resource has 10+ years of experience, within the last 15 years as of the closing date and time of this solicitation, in the enterprise physical security systems industry providing security design and management consultations.
• The bidder must demonstrate, by using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has experience in gathering security system requirements and providing procurement support (basis of payment) within the last 15 years as of the closing date and time of this solicitation, from at least four (4) Canadian federal government departments*.
• The bidder must demonstrate, by using three (3) project descriptions, that the proposed resource has worked on a minimum of three (3) projects as a leader of a design or implementation team involving the design and implementation of enterprise physical security systems, within the last 15 years as of the closing date and time of this solicitation.
• The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a diploma in a related field such as computing or electronics.

A copy of the diploma must be provided in their proposal at the closing date and time of this solicitation as per section 3.2 of this solicitation.

• The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has the following certifications:
  • Professional Security Industry Designation as a Board Certified Professional from ASIS International (CPP or PSP); and,
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).

Copies of certificates must be provided in their proposal at the closing date and time of this solicitation as per section 3.2 of this solicitation.
