Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and maximizing the value of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Account Growth and Retention :

Identify opportunities to increase business and upsell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.

  • Develop account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge :

Stay informed about the Corporate Stays portfolio of furnished rental apartments.

  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations based on client preferences and requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation :

Skillfully negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients, ensuring favorable terms and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Initiate contact and diligently work on reestablishing strong business relationships with dormant accounts, identifying opportunities for re-engagement and growth.
  • Maintain CRM HubSpot with precision and proactivity, ensuring data accuracy and readiness for effective client engagement and reporting.
  • Proactively monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue targets, both individually and for the team.
  • Strive to not only meet but exceed assigned goals while optimizing inventory utilization and driving profitability.
  • Market Research and Analysis :

Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Prepare regular reports on client account performance and market insights.
  • KPI achievements :

Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the role.

  • Collaboration with the team leads to feedback regarding strategies for continuous improvement in achieving KPIs.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in the hospitality, housing, or real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • C1 English level proficiency in both written and spoken communication, with C2 proficiency preferred.
  • Desirable proficiency in spoken and written French.
