We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and maximizing the value of assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities to increase business and upsell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
Stay informed about the Corporate Stays portfolio of furnished rental apartments.
Skillfully negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients, ensuring favorable terms and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the role.
