Job Description

The role involves conducting comprehensive information architecture needs assessments under the guidance of project leads and cluster architects. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops to determine reporting requirements, leading review sessions to validate these requirements, and developing key architecture artifacts such as Conceptual Data Models, Logical Data Models, Fact/Dimension Matrices, and Interface Data Requirements. The candidate will support project planning, provide expertise to solution design, and ensure adherence to standards, revising architectures as needed based on governance reviews.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Information Architecture Skills (60%) :

• Hands-on experience in creating data models (Conceptual, Logical, Physical) and capturing integration requirements.
• Experience developing Fact & Dimensional Matrices and resource determination using Business Process Models.
• Proficiency in creating and normalizing Logical Data Models with detailed attributes.
• Knowledge of developing architecture specifications aligned with Business Architecture models and standards, including for Siebel applications.
• Experience using Power Designer for architecture artifacts and reports.
• Ability to lead complex architecture reviews and support projects aligning with enterprise priorities.
• Experience in obtaining approval for architecture deliverables from Corporate/Cluster ARB.
• Understanding of Government Information Architecture standards.

Soft Skills (30%) :

• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to report progress, raise risks, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Public Sector Experience (10%) :

• Experience with Government/ Public Sector standards, project methodologies, and approval processes.
• Knowledge of Public Sector applications, databases, and systems.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data modeling, architecture reviews, and delivering architecture artifacts.
