Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Data Architect for our client. The key responsibilities include:

1. Architecting and developing a robust dimensional data model across systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EBS, HCM, and Workbrain.
2. Designing and optimizing fact and dimension tables, data marts, and calculated metrics within the Azure Data Lake to support analytical and operational reporting.
3. Leading ETL/ELT strategies and implementation to integrate historical and current data sources with a focus on scalability and performance.
4. Implementing data quality rules, data lineage tracking, and proactive monitoring to ensure auditability, integrity, and compliance.
5. Developing and enforcing data quality frameworks, including automated monitoring, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
6. Implementing and maintaining data security controls, such as encryption, role-based access controls (RBAC), privacy standards, and governance standards.
7. Leading the development of metadata-driven processes and data marts to support self-service analytics and executive reporting.
8. Driving high-performance data solutions that are future-ready for AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and enabling PowerBI reports.

The required skills and qualifications include proven experience in dimensional data modeling, data lake architecture, enterprise data integration, knowledge of financial systems like Oracle EBS, expertise with Azure Data Lake, Power BI, scripting skills (SQL, Python), understanding of data governance and security, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields is also required.
