Role at Leda:

• Prepare working paper files for compilation and review engagements
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns (corporate, personal, trust)
• Assist with tax planning services for various clients
• Identify and resolve accounting and tax issues
• Collaborate with partners and team members on client matters
• Communicate with the Canada Revenue Agency and clients
• Work independently and follow through on assignments and projects
• Opportunity to lead client engagements
• Perform other tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and tax experience in a public practice firm
• CPA designation
• Experience with owner-managed private companies
• Proficiency in Caseware, Caseview, Tax software, Sage, QuickBooks, QBO, and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive, professional attitude and high-quality work
• Strong team player, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Analytical problem solver
