Job description

Warehouse Admin Activities for OTG Main Store

General :

• Ensure high standards of safety at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping in OTG warehouse areas of responsibility.
• Manage daily warehouse documentation for all incoming, outgoing, and inventory activities using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Cassius software, and other future software, apps, or programs related to the OTG project.
• Print QR codes and label racks, shelves, and plastic bins with stock part references and descriptions.
• Arrange stock on storage racks, shelves, pallets, plastic bins, or shipping containers.
• Perform night shift duties and work on weekends as needed.
• Occasionally lift up to 44 lbs. (20 kg) physically.

Warehouse Operations :

• Conduct daily pre-start and pre-task briefings to ensure team understanding of tasks and risks.
• Inspect physical deliveries and issued goods for quality and quantity discrepancies.
• Handle receipt and handling of physical goods, including consumables, tools, lubricants, and others.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for all deliveries, issues, and dispatches.
• Load, unload, and move goods internally using pump trucks.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Reporting :

• Report to the Store / Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications :

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• General knowledge of construction items, tools, and consumables is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
