What You’ll Do:

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and operations such as merchandising, backroom, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent, serving as a mentor and fostering a positive environment for Associates and customers.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and initiatives. Contribute to succession planning for future growth.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales, expense, and customer service goals. Oversee loss prevention and operational improvements.

About You:

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor others.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention, with effective follow-through skills.
