Job Summary :

The Key Account Manager role builds and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services in the Canadian market.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity and maintain an updated client and prospect database.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, recommend solutions, to include monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools.
  • Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
  • Stay updated on airline products, policies, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support, revenue management and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
