Minga is seeking a Vendor and Contracts Administrator to manage legal documentation and procurement processes in a hybrid work environment. The Role

This role is full-time, Monday - Friday. We are a hybrid work environment with three days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with optional remote days (Wednesday, Friday). You will need to be located in the Kelowna area and be able to reliably commute into the office downtown Kelowna in the Innovation Center.
Expected start date for this role is in May 2025
Salary Range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000
Your Responsibilities
As a vital Operations team member, you'll play a key role as a Vendor and Contracts Administrator, leading the charge in managing and maintaining legal documentation, vendor registrations, and procurement processes to support our sales team.
Manage and maintain legal documentation, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor registration forms, service agreements, cyber security questionnaires, and other sales-related contracts.
Proactively research and seek out purchase cooperatives and vendor approval opportunities in various school districts.
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to legal, procurement, and vendor registration processes.
Peak Season (July - September) : Manage a high volume of vendor approval submissions and renewals to ensure Minga is an approved vendor before the new school year.
