Job summary

Graham’s Electrical & Instrumentation Services is seeking an Operations Director to lead the new service line, drive growth, and oversee profitability. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with disciplined governance and field-based execution to deliver maintenance, turnarounds, and sustaining capital projects across Western Canada.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in electrical & instrumentation services.
• Leadership responsibility for operations, performance, and growth.
• Strong ability to develop strategic customer relationships and profitability.
• Experience growing a service line with accountability for profitability and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across Graham's Electrical & Instrumentation Services in targeted markets.
• Drive business development and strengthen client partnerships.
• Champion self-perform delivery and expand capabilities.
• Ensure revenue, profitability, forecasting, and resource planning are aligned.
• Operate within Graham's governance, risk management, and safety standards.
• Build scalable processes and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
