Job summary

Dynamo in Canada is seeking a Director of Engineering & Field Services to provide unified leadership across two business functions, drive operational execution, and build leadership capability to support Dynamo's growth.

The Director will establish scalable systems, coach managers, improve planning and execution, and collaborate with the Senior Management Team to balance immediate priorities with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma in electrical engineering.
• 15+ years in industrial or consulting environments.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead next stage of maturity across Engineering and Field Services.
