Job summary

The Royal in Ontario is looking for a skilled Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform in-patient and out-patient EEG and related neurodiagnostic tests. You will ensure high quality recordings, maintain meticulous records, and support quality assurance initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold CBRET certification or eligibility, a diploma in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, and CPR. Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• CBRET certification current or eligible for certification.
• Diploma from an Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist Program.
• Minimum three years EEG experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patient care focus.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Current certification with the Canadian Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists (CBRET) required OR are eligible for certification.
• Diploma from a recognized Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist Program.
• Minimum of three (3) years recent practical experience in EEG is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a dynamic team.
• Demonstrated effective decision making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent patient care skills and service excellence attitude is essential.
• Strong organizational skills combined with effective problem solving abilities.
• English level A- is mandatory in oral expression, oral comprehension, reading comprehension and written expression. Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.

Salary Range: 35.35 - 45.03 to 38.64 - 49.68 per hour
