This is a hybrid role

Secondment/Contract: 12 months

Do you want to be part of a dynamic, high-performing team approaching every single day excited to make an impact? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Online Analytics and Reporting, you will analyze LCBO digital channels, including website, mobile app, and external marketing. You will design applicable dashboard and campaign reports, informing users' experiences and ecommerce opportunities.

Salary Range: $69,001 - $120,524

About The Role
  1. Analyze performance to provide decision-making insights to improve the customer fulfilment experience against business needs and objectives
  2. Run, improve and own daily/weekly/monthly site performance reports/dashboards and run analytics
  3. Craft campaign forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models.
  4. Monitor and analyze effectiveness of new features, website changes, impact from digital marketing channels, and the in-store digital experience, with a focus on optimizing the purchase funnel.
  5. Create presentations and reports on website and app performance and campaign results
  6. Manage and improve daily/weekly/monthly website, app, and digital channel performance reports.
  7. Support ongoing product management initiatives, helping to develop analytics user stories and provide testing/QA of ongoing analytics tracking.
  8. Inform UX (user experience) design of landing and product pages to increase site traffic and conversion to sale.
About You
  1. Post-secondary education in Commerce, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Analysis or relevant experience.
  2. Extensive experience of ecommerce within a retail, B2B or wholesale environment.
  3. Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the experience to translate into focused business opportunities.
  4. Experience in presenting results, reports and proposals to main partners and internal senior leadership.
  5. Highly proficient in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) in an eCommerce setting. Knowledge of tag management tools preferred.
  6. Understanding of data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy.
  7. Understanding of project management tools (ex: Jira, Digital.AI) and Agile methodologies.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  10. Experience working with Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager.
  11. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
