Overview

We are looking for an E- Commerce Manager to add value to our team at Publicis Media Zenith managing display campaigns on Amazon , Walmart and other retailers

Responsibilities

• Activate and manage active eCommerce search and display campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Loblaws and other retailers
• Build new campaigns and targeting lists based on client briefs
• Build Amazon Store Pages based on client briefs and campaign goals
• Find campaign spend estimates
• Perform optimizations based on insights from search data
• Complete client reports with help from Coordinators
• Guide clients in developing efficient eCommerce strategies
• Manage relationships with key partners, including LCL, Walmart, and Amazon
• Training and developing of Coordinators
• Manage team that may include Coordinators, Specialists and/or Supervisors
• Account and client strategy development
• Optimize budget pacing, bids, ads and more
• Pull data from multiple systems to create PPT, Excel and Data Studio reports
• Identify opportunities and insights during ongoing account management from Engine systems and reports
• Provide insight and analysis and perform updates/optimizations to improve performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEM or eComm Agency experience
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• AMS and/or Criteo experience preferred
• A strong desire to learn and improve own skill set through directing learning
• Organization in order to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to find solutions to unique tasks and operate independently on daily tasks
• Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation and analysis
• Strong numerical and computer skills
