Job Summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Assistant Manager is to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and by managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, E-comm order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising in order to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of the brand and visual standards in the store. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
  • 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
  • Passion for fashion
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, as well as decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
  • Curiosity and creativity, striving for ways to simplify processes and procedures
  • Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
  • Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration, taking a proactive approach to all tasks
  • Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
