Job summary

Symbiotic Digital seeks a Specialized IT Consultant to stabilize, enhance, and modernize a provincial digital case-management solution in Toronto, ON. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on technical solution development and configuration experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure expertise.
• Experience building Dynamics 365 case management with forms, views, dashboards and security.
• Power Pages with authentication, Dataverse integration, accessibility, and Azure storage.
• C# plugin development, including synchronous/asynchronous plugins and debugging.
• Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Key Vault, API Management, Azure Storage, and DevOps.
• rbac, IAM, authentication, encryption, and secure data handling knowledge.
• Ontario accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG 2.1) for Model-Driven Apps and Power Pages.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technical solutions.
• Create and update architecture documentation (business, logical, physical, functional, technical).
• Design, configure, and implement enhancements and resolve defects in the casemanagement solution.
• Develop and support integrations with enterprise services.
• Participate in testing and Quality Assurance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project activities on schedule.
• Ensure solutions meet Ontario accessibility, digital service, and security standards.
• Support cloud packaging, deployment, migration, and knowledge-transfer activities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Specialized IT Consultant to supportthe stabilization, enhancement, and modernization of a provincial digital casemanagement solution.

The successful consultant will work extensively with MicrosoftDynamics 365, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, C#, Dataverse,and Azure services, with responsibility for application enhancements,integrations, accessibility, security, testing, and ongoing sustainment.

Technical Experience & Skills

• 8+years of technical solution development, configuration, andcustomization experience.
  
• Stronghands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps, PowerPages, Power Automate, C#, Dataverse, and Azure.
  
• Experiencedeveloping Dynamics 365 case management solutions using forms, views,dashboards, FetchXML, business process flows, queues, routing, androle-based security.
  
• Strong Power Pages experience, including authentication, self-serviceforms, Dataverse integration, responsive design, accessibility, and AzureBlob Storage.
  
• Hands-on C# plugin development, including synchronous/asynchronous plugins,transaction handling, FetchXML optimization, security impersonation, anddebugging.
  
• Experiencewith Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Key Vault, API Management, AzureStorage, and Azure DevOps.
  
• Experiencewith Power Automate workflows, integrations, error handling, andautomation.
  
• Knowledgeof RBAC, FLS, IAM, authentication, encryption, and secure data handling.
  
• Experiencewith KingswaySoft, Oracle-to-Dataverse migration, ETL, SQL, SharePointintegration, Power BI, ALM/DevOps, monitoring, and diagnostics.
  
• Knowledgeof AODA/WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements for Model-Driven Appsand Power Pages.
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 7+years of hands-on technical solution development and configurationexperience.
  
• MicrosoftDynamics 365 CRM.
  
• PowerAutomate.
  
• AzureStorage / Attachment Management integrated with Dynamics 365.
  
• Portaldevelopment including User Access, Profile Management, and Role-BasedData Access Control.
