Strong understanding of data models, systems integration, and normalization.

Responsibilities

Lead data mapping and migration architecture across five legacy sources.
Audit legacy systems, identify data gaps, cleanup needs, and risks before migration.
Develop and manage an implementation roadmap with timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal departments and external software vendor for alignment.
Document workflows and support change management and training post-implementation.
