Job summary

Two Circles is seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to own end-to-end Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementations for large sports and entertainment clients. You will lead solution design, drive best practices, and act as SME for Dynamics and Power Platform across multiple engagements.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and travel as required to deliver client outcomes from our NA CRM Consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading systems audits, requirements gathering and process mapping across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience leading end-to-end UAT, script design, execution oversight and sign-off.
• Adept at translating technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
• Desirable: love for sports and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementations end-to-end across client engagements.
• Lead Dynamics solution design with scalable, high-performing configurations.
• Champion best practices in configuration, customization, and development standards.
• Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform, including Dataverse and reporting tools.
• Mentor junior Dynamics resources and foster technical growth within the team.
