Job summary

Long View Systems is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join the Data & Dynamics team. The role supports Microsoft Dynamics CE implementations across client environments, including Field Service, with a focus on delivering robust design, pre-sales support, and implementation leadership.

The position requires 5+ years of Dynamics CE experience, strong consulting background, and expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, and related Microsoft cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation experience with experience in other MS Dynamics modules.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing and using Dynamics 365 CE Field Service/Microsoft CRM
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform
• Experience using Azure DevOps for gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
• Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for the administration of Customer engagement system
• Knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service/Microsoft CRM and understanding of business processes

Responsibilities

• Support Long View’s Business Applications and Data Modernization portfolio with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement/Dynamics 365 solutions
• Map overall design to client requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes
• Participate with the implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required
• Develop estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals that outline professional services required to meet client requirements
