Job summary

Grand & Toy is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst for an 18-month contract to evolve our enterprise CRM platform built on Dynamics 365 CE. You will contribute to sales, service, and insights modules, develop configurations, and drive automation using Power Automate.

The role requires 5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, Power Platform skills, and a collaborative approach with business and IT stakeholders. The position is based in Vaughan, ON with four days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Power Platform experience.
• B2B e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• ERP/CRM deployments and digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and customizations.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows and automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
• Support training materials and user adoption across teams.
• Integrate with ERP and eCommerce platforms as needed.
