Job summary

The Law Society of Alberta in Calgary is seeking a Dynamics 365 Analyst to provide application support for Dynamics Business Central and related integrations to other business systems. You will oversee functional and technical tasks, coordinate releases and ensure system reliability.

The role requires 5+ years of business analysis experience and hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 products, Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure DevOps, with a strong focus on data integrity and user training.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
• 3+ years with Dynamics Business Central and integrations.
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Certification highly desirable.
• Experience with Azure, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and release management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering from business stakeholders.
• Analyze, implement and sustain Dynamics Business Central solutions.
• Support integrations with Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint and other apps.
• Collaborate to plan releases and prioritize work.
• Develop system documentation and provide user training.
• Triage, prioritize and troubleshoot service requests.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Dynamics environments.
• Coordinate with teams to maintain system security and SLAs.
