The Law Society of Alberta is seeking a Dynamics 365 Analyst to provide application support for Dynamics Business Central and related integrations. The role requires strong BC experience and familiarity with Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage releases, develop documentation, provide user training, and help maintain system security and data integrity across Dynamics 365 environments.
The Law Society of Alberta ("Law Society") regulates the legal profession in the public interest. In alignment with the Law Society’s vision, mission, and strategic plan, the Applications and Information ("A&I") department provides development and operational support for business applications and infrastructure, information governance and management, data reporting and analytics, project management, process improvement and organizational change management services to support effective and efficient business operations. The A&I department supports three distinct but related entities: the Law Society, the Alberta Lawyers Indemnity Association ("ALIA") and the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education ("CPLED").
The Dynamics 365 Analyst is responsible for providing application support for Dynamics Business Central and associated integrations to other business systems. The Dynamics 365 Analyst will also provide support for other Microsoft platform solutions such as Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, SharePoint, Team or business applications.
Success in this position requires significant experience with Dynamics Business Central but also with Information Technology Service Management including superior communication and time management skills, a proven track record in customer service, issue prioritization, problem solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure and deadlines.
