Qualifications

• 2–5 years in distribution or warehouse roles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage workload and schedules for the team.
• Lead order entry, packing, shipping, and billing workflows.
• Coach and develop team members for performance.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain housekeeping.
