Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and morale.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet operational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial parts or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
