The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, engagement with customers and teammates, and a willingness to step up as Manager on Duty when scheduled. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset and deliver solutions in every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to provide great service and product knowledge to keep customers excited to shop.
• Assist in achieving sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Take ownership of issues and drive store execution with an owner/operator mindset.
• Utilize retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and support staff.
