This full-time role requires an associate degree or vocational training in sports management or facilities, plus 2 years of operations or events experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or vocational training in sports management or facility operations.
• 2+ years of experience in facility operations or event coordination.
• Basic understanding of sports venue operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordination of all events at the sports venues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee setup and breakdown for events and functions.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
• Be a point of contact for event organizers regarding venue logistics.
• Support the Operations Manager in developing operational procedures.
