Job summary

Onni Group of Companies seeks a Property Manager to lead operations for a multi-family community in Vancouver. You will ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act, manage budgets, review financials, and supervise onsite teams to deliver excellent resident service.

You will keep accurate tenant records, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, and drive occupancy through market analysis and strategic marketing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act and company policies.
• Ability to manage properties within annual operating budgets.
• Review accounts receivable and handle delinquent payments steps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate properties within budget.
• Supervise onsite staff including caretakers and technicians.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, complaints or emergencies.
• Conduct weekly property inspections to meet company standards.
• Maintain organized records on building and tenant issues.
• Coordinate building service requests and capital improvements.
• Prepare market analyses and track rental rates and trends.
• Implement marketing strategies to generate qualified rental traffic.
• Audit tenancy-related documents completed by onsite staff.
