Job summary

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to provide daily administrative support and join the Marketing and Public Relations team. The role offers a competitive salary of $54,000-$56,000 CAD gross annually and benefits, with subsidized staff accommodation for full-time status.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business / Marketing / Communications is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, CMS and HTML an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage content on owned and third-party websites ensuring information is accurate.
• Update digital guest-facing communications throughout the resort.
• Contribute to social media accounts through content creation, posting and channel moderation.
• Assist with planning and execution of photo/video shoots including pre/postproduction.
• Support PR with media programs, reservations, itineraries and VIP amenities.
