Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments.
• Use software tools to find carrier equipment.
• Track and trace shipments and address transit issues.
• Communicate service issues with Account Manager.
• Pursue new business opportunities and perform market research.
• Assist in sourcing new carriers and evaluating options.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
