The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator for a 100% term position in a 10-month work year in Ottawa, Ontario. Qualificações

• Required two-year college program in Early Childhood Education.
• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators.
• Minimum of one year of child care experience.
• Valid First Aid certification/CPR.
• Immunization record showing MMR and Tdap immunizations or prior chicken pox history/vaccine.
• Police Records Check for the Vulnerable Sector within the last 6 months for new OCDSB employees.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to provide high quality, play-based education.
• Lead an extended before/after-school program for OCDSB students.
• Support cognitive, emotional and social development for Junior and Senior Kindergarten students.
• Assist in daily classroom activities with students and adapt to changing demands.
