Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• One-year bartending experience in a bar or pub setting is required.
• Point of sale experience is required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for the duration of a shift and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage service to guests and servers.
• Handle all financial transactions accurately.
• Communicate any issues regarding responsible beverage service.
• Provide efficient, friendly, professional service to guests at all times.
• Develop relationships with guests, ownership, employees, vendors and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
• Strive to deliver an exceptional entertainment experience to guests.
