Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is hiring a Beverage Server at Casino Nova Scotia. You will deliver high-volume food and beverage service, maintain service standards, and support the team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include cash handling, responsible beverage service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will role-model the company culture and contribute to an entertaining guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Completion of the Responsible Service Certificate “Serve Right - it’s just good business” is required (training offered).
• POS & Cash handling experience required.
• One-year food and beverage serving experience in either a bar or restaurant setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional guest service to casino guests.
• Provides food and beverage service following established standards of service.
• Handles cash transactions and responsible beverage service.
• Cleans and buses section.
• Communicates any issues or concerns regarding responsible beverage service.
