Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a retail environment.
• 1-2 years experience within a retail environment.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Proven customer service skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding sales ability, leadership capabilities, and energy to strengthen store concept.
• Assist with HR activities including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; address union-related issues if applicable.
• Ensure exceptional customer service/patient care for the store.
• Assist Front Store Manager to meet budgeted sales, gross profit, EBITDA, inventory, and labour targets.
• Model subject matter expertise at store level: Health and Wellness, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, and patient care.
