Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Store Manager with daily store operations and leadership of staff.

• Support budgeted sales, gross profit, inventory targets, and labor costs.
• Model subject matter expertise in health and wellness product knowledge, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Adhere to marketing programs, planograms and local advertising initiatives.
