Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Duty Manager at our Aviation Services unit in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service at a fast pace.

You will oversee strategy, stakeholder relations, budgeting, and performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations in a dynamic security environment at YYZ airport area.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of direct management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
