Job summary

Thales Canada is seeking a DRMIS Lead to drive the AJISS/DRMIS data management lifecycle within the Service Delivery Team. The role requires SME-level guidance to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and contract compliance across engineering, logistics, and support functions.

The incumbent will manage manual data transfers, governance, and training, while coordinating subcontractors and supporting proposal efforts. Occasional travel and onboarding of new staff are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant maintenance, logistics, or DRMIS experience.
• Minimum two years of technical program diploma or University degree, or recognized provincial certification in marine, engineering, or relevant technical discipline.
• Knowledge and practical experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP/DRMIS required; Maximo considered an asset).
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in marine/defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns DRMIS process lifecycle from technical notification acceptance through maintenance closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maintain data entry standards and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs and job aids for consistent execution.
• Coordinate data exchanges and manage subcontractors for DRMIS data repairs.
