AMA - Alberta Motor Association invites skilled Driving Instructors to join our team in Alberta. You will provide quality vehicle instruction to students, follow Alberta Transportation guidelines, and help learners become licensed, safe drivers for life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Class 1, 2, or 4 Alberta Operator’s Licence.
• Minimum two years licensed as a Driving Instructor with appropriate endorsements.
• Minimum two years’ experience across multiple areas of driver education.
• Clean Driver’s Abstract (10 years).
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, travel as required, and adjust schedules to meet business needs.
• Strong instructional, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality vehicle instruction to students following AMA’s requirements.
• Follow Alberta Transportation guidelines for Driving Instructors.
• Offer constructive feedback to help students become licensed, safe drivers for life.
• Be available after school, evenings, and weekends to meet student needs.
